Junior Open Water Price $300
Is for young students between the ages of twelve to fourteen, who may require individual tutoring of the physiology of the human body, gas laws, and proper equipment assembly, and the complete understanding of scuba skills underwater, so that young boy or girl will enjoy their new underwater world, safely, comfortably, properly trained with the skills and theory they will need.
Open Water Diver Price: $300
Welcome to the exciting and spectacular world of underwater exploration. Classroom instruction of scuba physiology, gas laws, equipment assembly, and complete understanding of scuba skills not only in the pool, but a complete learning experience in the open water environment, which will allow the new diver a complete, safe, comfortable, enjoyable new activity. The class schedule can be tailored to your needs and time. All equipment, including tanks, regulators. BCD, and console gauges, books, dives and tables included. Students must bring their own personal gear consisting of mask, snorkle & fins, and a wet suit if needed.
Advance Open Water Price: $325
Advanced Open Water Students will improve on the skills that were taught in the Open Water Class. Once completed they will expertly and with confidence, demonstrate with ease and familiarity under pressing conditions. Advanced Navigation, Stress Management,Rescue Techniques, Limited Visibility Diving, Night Diving, and Decompression Techniques. The course will consists of a classroom session and 5 dives: 3 mandatory and 2 optional dives. Books, dives, and tables included. Students must bring their own personal gear consisting of mask, snorkel & fins, slate, compass, two underwater lights, and wet suit if needed.
Stress and Rescue Course (New Course) Price: $300
No diver is immune to stress, no matter how uncomplicated the dive. The Stress and Rescue course will prepre you handle any diving related incidents that could occur. This is a 2 part course; the first part you will learn how deal with stress and learn to overcome them, the second part you will learn to do self rescue and how to resuce other divers. Specific training is given on proper rescue techniques on the surface and underwater.Included with this course is basic first aid and CPR certification. Prerequisites are a minimum age of 15 and an advance diver.
Search and Recovery (New Course) $300
This course teaches the techniques and applications of search and recovery methods, including the planning, orgainzation, procedures and techniques, problems and hazards. We can teach individuals or your Dive Team.
Basic Life Saving/CPR Price: $125

Dive Supervisor
This is the first step in professional diving. As a Dive Supervisor, you will learn all the skills, techniques and rewards of helping other divers perfect their skills. You will lead dives, assist instructors with pool and open water training. Call for price information.
Assistant Instructor
The PDIC Assistant Instructor Course has been developed to encourage and prepare the assistant instructor for future PDIC instructor training and positions of leadership with PDIC. Working with the PDIC Instructor to gain knowledge and expertise in PDIC teaching methods and group control. Call for price information.
Referral Dives $125
Have you taken your Scuba classes and not finished your open water and pool sessions? Complete the process with Tropical Sun Divers in sunny South Florida or the crystal-clear waters of the Florida Keys. After finishing your pool and open water dives, you will receive your certification from your original agency.
Refresher Course $125
Scuba diving is a relaxing and enjoyable sport, however, it requires great skill and knowledge. If you’ve been out of the water for more than two years, a refresher course will bring you up to date on the latest information.
All active duty and reserve miltary, law enforcement and fire department personnel recieve a 15% Discount on classes.
